I am a bartender and liqueur producer, which I produce starting from the collection of the wild herbs of Salento. My partner Betty and I responsibly collect a selection of wild plants and transform them into “liquid ingredients”, such as infusions, syrups, liqueurs, all the way to our "wild cocktails".
We are the creators of a series of wild liqueurs and organize recognition paths for wild plants and "wild mixology" workshops in the fields of this beautiful land: Puglia!
We try to combine our knowledge about cocktails with our love for plants, because it’s a matter of fact that in bars everything you need comes from nature! Our open-air laboratory is nature, from uncultivated fields to the wildest places, which provide us with the raw materials to experiment new and old recipes for alcoholic infusions and more.
