I will welcome you in my studio and tell you about this amazing art, starting with an explanation of the main techniques and the materials I use everyday.
After this short theoretical lesson you'll be ready to test yourself and you'll be able to realize a personalized diary following a Japanese technique.
Your work will represent a special souvenir of your experience in my lab, you will bring with you the diary on which you can capture your best moment.
I suggest you to bring an apron with you if you have one, or at least don't wear your best t-shirt for this experience!

This experience has been designed upon a user's requests, and it is organizes as follows: • Theoretical introduction to the classic book binding techniques (how to build a volume, how to work with different folders and how to stick them all together, how to sew and how to approach the frame); • Realization of a diary with Japanese binding; • Display of how to create a 3D booklet

We have arranged an experience dedicated to chocolate lovers who, after a brief presentation to the company and history of cocoa, its origins and its qualities and the explanation of the production processes with a visit to the laboratory (if active), will taste test many kinds of chocolate: plain, tablets, hazelnuts, pralines, spreads and some combinations with liquor. The experience ends with a free visit to the store.
