I have booked a visit with Federica for one of my clients who was looking for an authentic experience with a local artisan. Federica has been very helpful from the first, she provided information about getting to her place by public transportation as that was the way the client wished to travel. She started the visit earlier than scheduled and ended it much later, showing a flexibily that goes beyond simple kindness.
