<\/a><\/p>\nIt’s mid April and we at italian Stories are packed in a vintage FIAT 500, hitting the traffic of the Milan Design Week. For us, every stop is an event itself. Our first meeting today!\u00a0Giuliano – Milan based master hand knitter<\/a>\u00a0is welcoming us at\u00a05vie art+design<\/a>. We’re happy to meet him in Milan and talk about\u00a0\u00a0how Italian Stories works<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0what’s its mission<\/a>\u00a0with all the people stopping by our Fiat 500.<\/p>\n Next stop: 13,00-15,00 \u21d2\u00a0University of Milan<\/strong>\u00a0and then we’ll arrive at\u00a0Brera Design District<\/a>\u00a0for some more hand knitting.<\/p>\n Here at\u00a0Brera Design District<\/a> we’re\u00a0having an hand knitting session along with Giuliano’s son Gabriele. Did you spot the Castello Sforzesco? Our Fiat 500 is arriving at\u00a0Expo Gate, Milan’s gateway to the Expo<\/a>. <\/p>\n Good morning Milan!\u00a0It’s a sunny Sunday and Andrea drove all his\u00a0way from Trento to perform his coppersmith craft here at\u00a0Ventura -Lambrate<\/a>.<\/p>\n The first week of March, Andrea took over the\u00a0Italian Stories Instagram feed<\/a>. Check how is the\u00a0daily life inside his three generation family owned coppersmith workshop.<\/a><\/p>\n And then we eat. And talk about craftsmanship in Italy of course! The Milan Design week is an ideal energy booster: each\u00a0stop has something worth to bee noticed, and we’re meeting lots of\u00a0interesting\u00a0people. Now we’re getting together with three young and\u00a0skilled artisans.<\/p>\n Introducing you, from left to the right: Andrea, the Trentino based coppersmith you’ve already met at Ventura-Lambrate; Marco, the Cremona trained luthier who\u00a0repairs and creates manouche guitar, guitars<\/a> and all the range of pluck stringed instruments; and Gabriele,\u00a0majolica stove maker<\/a>.<\/p>\n They are meeting each other for the first time and we’re enjoying to talk together and meet the people approaching out Fiat 500.<\/p>\n They will be with us until the last\u00a0stop: 16.15-18.00 \u21d2\u00a0Brera\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n What a tour!
