You will be then able to make your first bead that will be sent to your home very soon.
Put on comfortable clothes, bring a scarf with you and don't forget a long sleeve shirt!

Live for a moment the unique lifestyle of Venice, its real essence. Patrizia and Evelina, in their studio of Murano glass jewelry, will tell you how to create a Venetian pearl. They will explain what the ancient technique of lamp-working glass is. They will demonstrate that behind each pearl there is tradition and an accurate color research besides the study of the material' potentiality. They will teach you that combining traditional techniques with contemporary design you can create unique jewelry.

CREATE YOUR OWN STAMP

The creation of your own stamp begins with the definition of a logo. After that we'll etch on a linoleum board (cm10x10, will be provided by the artisan) the chosen drawing. In the first part of the workshop we'll define the drawing and we'll start the etching.we'll conclude the definition of the stamp. Later we'll do some printing trials on different types of papers, handmade papers, card-boards, fabrics and plastic materials. Each participant will bring home his own stamp to be used on his own letterhead, on letters and envelopes!

You can test yourself in the creation of lace thanks to the help and the advises of the lace-makers. Finally you can visit the small Museum of ancient laces, the Family Collection.
